Carter serves as the Assistant Manager at The Union, an 800,000 SF Class-AA mixed-use development in Uptown, Dallas. A client-centric individual, Carter ensures that the client is at the center of every decision. Carter’s customer-obsessed focus has allowed him to build lasting relationships and drive tenant satisfaction, experience, and retention. Prior to joining Peloton, Carter served as the Assistant Manager for a privately held REIT with over 7M SF of diverse assets under management. Carter has also served as an Associate at Venue Properties, a full-service Commercial Real Estate firm headquartered in Tyler, Texas; where he supported marketing, leasing, and research efforts.
