David has over 30 years of experience in building operations, serving as director of engineering for most of that time. He has also been chief engineer of properties of various size and complexity in downtown and suburban locations. He is familiar with thermal storage systems, data centers, and has commissioned ground up construction. David helps all approximately 100 building engineers across Peloton perform at their best by being in the field with them most of the time. He ensures that our clients’ properties are well covered, handling issues at any hour himself if needed. David also does quality control checks on vendors that our property management teams use, performs due diligence inspections for clients, and is a key part of transition teams when starting properties. David one of our most indispensable team members due to his depth and breadth of knowledge and his tireless work ethic.
