Since joining Peloton at the beginning of 2019, Jake’s primary goal as a Market Analyst is to add value to leasing and ownership teams while providing detailed market research in the DFW area. Prior to joining the Peloton team, Jake was an owner’s representative in construction management where he oversaw approximately $100 million of construction at The University of Alabama.
