Russ Johnson is in his 18th year of Commercial Real Estate. He began his Real Estate career at Trammell Crow Company, later joining CB Richard Ellis as a Vice President, Grubb & Ellis Company as a Senior Vice President followed by Peloton Commercial Real estate as Principal where Russ is responsible for leasing and marketing office buildings within the company’s portfolio, performing market and property evaluations, and cash flow projections for the company. Russ has the ability to creatively solve leasing issues for office building owners through proactive marketing, detailed financial analyses and lease negotiations.
