T. D. has been active in commercial real estate services since 1987 and gained experience in all aspects of the business. After 15 years at the Trammell Crow Company, T. D. became a co-founding partner of Peloton Commercial Real Estate in 2002. The majority of T. D.’s career has been spent building effective service teams and platforms. T. D.’s priority is to hire and train team-oriented, servant-minded individuals that motivate each other to excel beyond their own abilities
