William is General Manager of The Union, a large, mixed use complex in Uptown Dallas. William has been at The Union during development, opening the 22-story, 420,000 square foot Class AAA office building and subsequent high-end restaurants and Tom Thumb urban grocery store. He is also responsible for the overall association for the complex that includes services for the 309-unit high rise apartment complex. William previously served in a number of roles at Stream Realty over ten years, including Chief Administrative Officer, Vice President Risk Management, Property Manager, and Property Accountant. He is well versed in all aspects of management of office buildings, and has a background in accounting and financial analysis as well. Notable accomplishments include managing a multi-billion dollar insurance portfolio for commercial real estate assets and achieving 30% savings, enhancing vendor insurance compliance, orchestrating aspects of new regional offices startup, initiating other key programs while at Stream Realty. .
